Delicious & Easy Jam
I went to the store today and fell in love with the fresh strawberries that were on sale. There is nothing like fresh strawberry jam in the morning on toast or a hot biscuit! Today I made the first batch of some quick fresh strawberry jam. It is an easy recipe.You can make it with blueberries as well.
Cut 2 and half lbs into a sauce pan,
add 3 3/4 cup of sugar,
squeeze the juice from one lemon into it and
cook low until all the sugar is dissolved
put into a bowl and cover then put it into the fridge all night
Next day bring to a boil and then simmer, let cool spoon into sterilized jars and seal. Refrigerate and Enjoy!
