Plantations
This summer, on our way home, we toured two of the biggest plantations in LA. I was fully intrigued. The stories of the lives of all the people that lived in all these plantations were so fascinating. At one time there were 400 plantations. Now there are less than ten. It is so sad. These are amazing pieces of history. What I found out, in our history lessons, was that most of the plantations were built from everything on that land. Enjoy the Pictures.
