Back In The Day Bakery

On our way to Charleston, South Carolina,we stopped to see what all the talk was about this great bakery that was featured in Southern Living and with Paula Deen. All I can say is that it is decorated cute back behind the counters. It was noon and they had no sandwiches or soups. All of their bakery items were scarce and so limited. The place was decorated in more of, ocean meets country shabby chic, did not give me any nostagic feeling. The outside was a bit run down and outdoor tables were dirty. It's location was across from a Homeless Shelter Missions. The area was really run down. To me, it was not worth the stop. Here are the best pictures I could take while we were there. I do NOT recommend this place.
