Toasted Tomato Cheese

You can take the girl out of the country but you can't take the country out of the girl.
One of my favorite sandwiches involve the gardens jeweled fruit, the Tomato. There is nothing like a toasted cheddar cheese, tomato sandwich.
I stopped by our local farmers market and purchased some amazing heirloom tomatoes.
My wheat splurge for tonight!
